The Artist Behind Artmojjo

I am Vaishali Shah — a fine artist with decades of creative mastery across art, design, and craft. Artmojjo is my singular statement: large-scale, jewel-embellished canvas artworks you can own, and bespoke hand-sculpted wall murals I create directly in your space. Every piece — whether it hangs on your wall or becomes your wall — is conceived, built, and finished entirely by my hand. No editions. No compromise.

My Story.

I did not arrive at this work overnight. Decades of immersion in art, pattern, texture, and the language of sacred design led me here — to one focused, uncompromising body of work. Artmojjo is the distillation of everything I have studied and lived. I work from my studio in Southfield, Michigan, and I travel wherever the work demands. My clientele are collectors, designers, and hospitality visionaries who understand that a truly extraordinary space deserves art made specifically for it. I take on a limited number of originals and commissions each year — not as a business strategy, but because the work itself demands it.

What I Believe

I.

Scarcity is a Form

of Respect

Every piece I create is one of one. No prints. No editions. No reproduction of any kind. When you bring an Artmojjo original into your home, you carry something that exists nowhere else on earth. That is the minimum a serious artwork owes its owner.

II.

A Room Should Have an Energy, Not Just a Look

My work is not designed to match a sofa or fill an empty wall. It is designed to shift how a space feels — to bring ceremony, stillness, or radiance into a room that had none before. Every canvas and every mural begins as an energetic intention, not merely an aesthetic decision.

III.

The Hand Cannot

Be Replaced

Every texture is built by hand. Every jewel is set individually. Every layer of metallic pigment is applied with full attention. In a world of digital reproduction, I remain committed to the irreplaceable mark of a human hand working slowly, carefully, and with complete devotion to the craft.
